Check In

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment at the Spa. This allows time to change into your SPA LUX attire, as well as to relax and enjoy a complimentary foot bath, steam room or sauna prior to your treatment. For first time appointments, we ask that you come 30 minutes earlier as you will need to fill out an evaluation form.

Late Arrivals

At times, something prevents a guest from arriving on time. SPA LUX will do its best to accommodate you within this shorter time frame. As a courtesy to a following Spa Guest; late arrivals may receive only their remaining available appointment time.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by calling our front desk at 918-615-3339. Any cancellation on the day of the treatment, as well as no shows, will be responsible for the cost of the reserved treatment. No exceptions will be made for voice mail messages left during the night hours, unless such cancellation is due to an emergency or other unforeseen circumstances beyond your control.

Refunds

SPA LUX cares about each client individually and strives to provide the best service and experience. Please let us know if your service was not performed correctly at the time of check-out. Please note that there will be no refunds for services after the check-out is complete. Gift Certificates can be refunded only with the original receipt and to the person who purchased it with a 20% cancellation fee. Gift certificates can never be exchanged for cash and promotional value will expire on the date indicated on the Gift Certificate. In accordance with the Oklahoma law cash value will not expire for 5 years from the date of purchase. Products can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase only if defective or there is evidence of severe allergic reaction.

Spa Attire

SPA LUX guests are provided robes and slippers assigned a personal locker in men’s and women’s lounges prior to appointments. Single use wear will be provided for certain body treatments.

Cellular Phones/Pagers

For your relaxation and the relaxation of other guests, we ask that you turn off your cellular phone and pagers when you arrive at SPA LUX.

Children and Minors

We love children and would like to provide the best family experience at the spa whenever possible. However, our facility is not set up to accommodate  children under the age of 16. Minors from age 16 up to 18 can be treated with parental consent only. We do ask that childcare arrangements be made prior to your visit. This will allow for a more relaxing visit and atmosphere to all of our guests. 

Hydrotherapy Treatments

Careful draping protocols are observed at all times. Swimwear is optional. If you have a history of high or low blood pressure problems, heart conditions or you are pregnant, please consult your physician prior to use of steam rooms, saunas and hydrotherapy.

Steam Rooms

The spa closing time is 8 pm. Steam rooms are sanitized within the last hour before our closing time. Please plan using steam rooms before your appointment if your appointment ends after 7 pm.

Complimentary Use of the Facility

We welcome all clients to take advantage of the complimentary use of our facility before and after your services. Please, note that using steam rooms and saunas in excess of 1 hour before and 1 hour after the services will result in an hourly usage charge payable at the time of checkout.  

Spa Parties

 

You can reserve SPA LUX for any private event at the rate of $100 per hour Monday through Thursday (this fee is payable and non-refundable one week before the event date). On Fridays the SPA PARTY fee is $250 per hour. Due to our busy schedule on Saturdays and certain Holidays we will be unable to book any parties. A complete list of guests must be provided at least one week prior to the event. Any party of 6 guests and more using spa locker rooms WILL be charged an hourly reservation fee. Additional fees of $30/hour for spa usage will also apply to each guest not receiving services, but using steam-rooms and saunas during their stay at the spa.

Handicap Access and Service Animals

 

Spa Lux is fully ADA compliant. Therefore, we welcome all clients with disabilities. All of our public areas are created for safe use while you are visiting our facility. Nevertheless, we can not take responsibility for inappropriate use of our facility and misuse of any equipment. All clients commit to using our facility responsibly and without causing harm to other clients, staff members or themselves. Clients who caused damage to the facility or equipment will be liable for the repairs.

We welcome all clients with service animals. If you bring your bring your service dog or psychiatric service dog (PSD) with you we may inquire if such dog is required because of any disability and what tasks the dog is trained to perform. It will be expected that the service animal will be quiet and will not cause disruption of any services, as we may request that such animal would be removed.
